The “Democratic Montenegro” party will support Jakov Milatovic, candidate of the “Europe Now” movement, in the second round of the presidential elections in Montenegro, the main committee of the democrats decided on March 20, Republic Radio and Television. Srpska reports.
Party chairperson Aleksa Becic called on all voters who trusted him in the first round, members and supporters of the Democrats, as well as all citizens of Montenegro, to support Milatovic and secure a final victory over Milo Djukanovic and his policies, which, according to him, have run out of time.
He thanked the voters who gave him confidence in the first electoral round, which allowed him to achieve the same result as in previous electoral processes at the state level.
Socialist Democratic Party of Montenegro presidential candidate Milo Djukanovic and Europe Now candidate Jakov Milatovic advanced to the second round of Montenegro’s presidential elections, to be held on April 2.
