“One of our priority tasks is to restore the rights of defrauded shareholders by the end of 2023. The heads of administration of the municipalities must keep this issue under personal control, so as not to allow the violation of the deadlines approved by the regional schedule.”– said the head of the regional Ministry of construction Sergey Viflyantsev.
By the end of 2023, it is necessary to restore the rights of 1082 participants in shared construction in 20 apartment buildings in the Rostov region. 62 million rubles will be allocated from the regional budget for this.
Contracts have been concluded for the completion of the construction of several houses. In connection with other long-term construction projects, other federal or regional mechanisms are used to restore the rights of deceived shareholders.
