The criminal case of an Astrakhan businesswoman, through whose fault a twelve-year-old boy suffered, was sent to court. It all happened on September 1, 2022. The schoolboy took part in the quest “Hide in the dark” and fell on his back in a dark room. As a result, he broke three vertebrae.
According to the expert’s conclusion, these sports and entertainment services do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers.
On behalf of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, the course of the investigation of the criminal case was brought under control at the central office of the department.
The investigation gathered sufficient evidence, for which the criminal case with the approved accusation was forwarded to the court for its consideration of the merits.
