The former head of the Department of Benefits for Families with Children of the Department of Social Protection of the Population in the municipal district “Kizlyarsky District” was accused of bribery, on March 21, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Dagestan reports on his channel from Telegram.
The investigation established that in the period from 2021 to 2022, the defendant promised to issue monthly payments to three residents of the Kizlyar district who did not owe them for a child from 3 to 7 years old.
The former official is charged with committing offenses under Part 3 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receiving a bribe from an official – 3 episodes). The total amount of the bribe amounted to 150 thousand rubles.
Recall that on March 16, the former head of the Kizlyar District Internal Affairs Department, Police Colonel Gazi Isaev, was sentenced to life imprisonment under two articles: Art. 205 (“Terrorist act”), as well as in art. 209 (“Bandidism”) and 210 (“participation in an organized criminal community”)
