The Lisbon Stock Exchange closed high on Tuesday, with the PSI rising 1.76% to 5871, trailing major European markets.
Of the 16 listed companies in PSI, 14 rose and two fell.
BCP led the gains, climbing 4.24% to €0.20, followed by Altri, which rose 4.19% to €4.83.
CTT shares rose 3.09% to €3.51, Semapa up 2.89% to €13.54, Galp Energia up 2.54% to €10.18, Jerónimo Martins up 2.52% to €21.18 euros, Sonae by 2.37% to 0.97 euros and Mota-Engil by 2.25% to 1.54 euros.
Navigator also went up in price (by 2.22% to 3.31 euros), Ibersol (by 2.11% to 6.76 euros), Corticeira Amorim (by 1.56% to 9.78 euros), EDP (by 0, 82% to EUR 4.80), REN (by 0.79% to EUR 2.56) and NOS. (0.19% to 4.24 euros).
On the other hand, Greenvolt fell 1.49% to €6.61 and EDP Renováveis fell 0.72% to €19.93.
Major European bourses closed higher, with Madrid up 2.45%, London up 1.79%, Frankfurt up 1.75% and Paris up 1.42%.
