The current leader of the Portuguese coffee company did not fail to reveal the pride he felt and the responsibility that came with being “the grandson of the best grandfather that ever existed.”
“He was the man with the biggest heart I have ever met, he had the happiest smile I have ever seen and the most precise words that could be said on any occasion. He will leave a great legacy, but he will also leave a family united and determined to continue it.”
Rui Nabeiro passed away this Saturday at the age of 91 from respiratory problems. According to the family, he was admitted to the Luz Health Unit.
The Portuguese was another millionaire who built an empire from scratch and became one of the wealthiest men in Portugal, known to many for his hard work and simplicity.
“Thank you for everything, grandfather,” grandson Rui Nabeiro concluded.
This Tuesday, the funeral of a Portuguese businessman takes place at the Mother Church of Campo Maior, followed by a funeral procession to the municipal cemetery of Campo Maior.
