The Civil Defense Headquarters in the Donetsk People’s Republic was created, the press service of the head of the DPR said on March 22, publishing decree No. 81 of the acting head of the Republic Denis Pushilin on March 22 in the website of the head of the DPR.
The signed decree appointed the Chief of Staff of the Counselor of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who was entrusted with ensuring the execution of civil protection activities under the conditions of the special legal regimes of the Republic.
DPR municipalities were instructed to create local headquarters, company headquarters, if these companies are classified as civil defense.
The press service reported that representatives of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Coal Energy, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agrarian Industry, the Ministry of Revenue, the Department of Internal Policy under the Head of the DPR, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Rospotrebnadzor, various relevant departments, as well as Ombudsman for DPR town.
