Boris Johnson is found guilty of hosting parties during lockdown because the commission was biased, former British Culture Secretary Nadine Dorries said on her TalkTV on March 14.
Nadine Dorris said there was “no question” the Privileges Committee would rule against Boris Johnson, calling the Partygate investigation a “kangaroo tribunal”.
“I don’t think there was a world where this committee would find Boris not guilty. The Committee made it very clear that it decided to find him guilty at an early stage., he emphasized. — The committee knew that they had not the slightest evidence that he had deliberately misled. They changed the rules, lowered the bar, and introduced the vague term “reckless” into the terms of reference.
“Boris Johnson will be found guilty by this kangaroo court. There is no doubt about this. And that in itself would be a shameful and possibly illegal conclusion, with serious reputational consequences.”she added.
