He recalled that the heroic traditions of the National Guard were founded in Russia more than 200 years ago in the internal guard battalions.
The President thanked the veterans of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, OMON, SOBR and other services who have entered the modern Russian Guard.
