The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York will require former US President Donald Trump to appear in court to file charges, the New York Times reports on March 30, citing its sources.
“The accusation… will be announced in the next few days. At that time, prosecutors working for the district attorney will ask Trump to appear in court to file charges that are still unknown.”the post said.
Let us remember that previously in the United States, a jury (Grand Jury), after analyzing the convenience and validity of presenting formal charges against the former president, voted to accuse Trump of charges related to the investigation of the story of the porn actress Stormy Daniels.
The case against Trump is being heard in a Manhattan court. As part of the case, it is alleged that he was paid a large sum for keeping silent about the former president’s alleged affair with a porn actress.
Earlier, Trump, denying both the connection itself and any illegal action on his part, claimed that such persecution was related to his plans to run for the US presidency in 2024.
