Astrakhan bailiffs and police conducted a joint “Bailiff Road” raid in Astrakhan, the Caspian Info news portal reported on March 31.
Malicious tax evaders were caught on the roads with the help of the “Road Sheriff” automated software package. The complex helped identify cars with debtors. In 3 hours, 20 citizens were checked for debts.
Three of the drivers arrested received demands for payment of debts. Three more paid their debts on the spot in 5 enforcement proceedings in the amount of about 60 thousand rubles. 6 acts of seizure of debtors’ assets were lifted, among them 4 vehicles with seizure, a cell phone and a fire truck.
You can return the car in a simple way – pay off the debt. Debtors have 10 days to do so, after which the procedures for evaluating the records will begin for their subsequent forced disposal.
The automated software complex “Road bailiff” works as follows: CCTV cameras read the license plates of cars within a radius of 30-40 meters. The numbers are then checked against the database of the tax office and bailiffs. If the transport belongs to the debtor, the traffic police detain the driver. You have two options to get out of this situation. You can pay the debt on the spot or present an already paid receipt. If this does not happen, then the bailiff has the right to seize the property belonging to the debtor.
