To go to trial in New York as a defendant, former US President Donald Trump left his estate in Florida and went to the airport on April 3, according to the broadcast of the US television channel CNN.
The broadcast shows how Trump leaves his farm in a caravan of a dozen cars and, accompanied by police officers, heads to the airport. His followers are shown standing by him at a few places along the path to greet him.

At the same time, Trump is reportedly the first former president in US history to face criminal charges.
Trump is specified to land at New York LaGuardia Airport around 3:00 pm ET and stop at a 68-story skyscraper located on Fifth Avenue at the intersection of 56th Street. Trump is expected to return to Florida on April 4 immediately after his speech in court and speak publicly.
The channel reports that more than 30 charges have been filed against Trump, all of them related to fraud and business. However, the prosecution remains officially closed.
