The appeal to Taganrog residents was written by the head of the city administration, Mikhail Solonitsin, who left his post on April 5 on his Telegram channel.
He expressed his gratitude to everyone he had the opportunity to work with while he was the head of administration: his team, like-minded people, and everyone he could trust. He expressed special thanks to the residents of the city.
“Special thanks to the residents for their love and indifference to the fate of the city, active life position, support and criticism. I am convinced that Taganrog’s heyday is just beginning and I wish the city and its inhabitants all the best.– Solonitsyn wrote.
Recall that on April 4 Solonitsyn resigned of his own free will. Svetlana Kambulova, his first deputy for economics, will act as city manager.
Recall that at the end of March, a number of local media reported that deputies raised the issue of Solonitsyn’s resignation at a meeting of the City Duma commission on housing and communal services and transport. Solonitsyn later denied these reports.
