In calls to limit the scope of the use of artificial intelligence, a rational grain should be highlighted, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on April 6 at a meeting with deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
“There will always be such serious philosophical questions: what to allow artificial intelligence from the point of view of algorithmization. Therefore, the fact that today someone calls for limiting the use of programs with artificial intelligence, well, we should just listen to this, see what is the rational grain and try not to make mistakes.– said the head of the Russian government.
According to Mishustin, artificial intelligence, of course, must be used for the benefit of people, otherwise technical progress will be highly problematic.
Recall that Mishustin’s meeting with deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation took place against the background of the report of the Russian government to the State Duma of the Russian Federation on March 23, in which, due to the rules, the deputies do not have time to ask the head of government all his questions.
