The plan for the development of the Arkhangelsk transport hub is not yet a plan as such: there are no deadlines, no cost calculations, said Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev, the following April 13. a meeting of the Presidium of the State Commission for the Development of the Arctic.
“First of all, we consider the development of the Arkhangelsk transport hub. To be honest, not all the responses from the Ministry of Transport were satisfactory, ”he said.
Trutnev noted that he instructed the Ministry of Transport, together with the Ministry for the Development of the Far East, to prepare a report for the government within two weeks, specifying the plan for the development of the Arkhangelsk transport hub.
“Because so far all this is within the framework of reasoning: there are no specific deadlines for the implementation of activities, there is no cost, so it is not yet a plan, but a wish list,” explained the deputy prime minister.
