Twitter’s latest owner, Elon Musk, said this Thursday will be the deadline for the rest of Twitter employees to commit to working long hours and hard work and being “extremely strict.” If this does not happen, they will leave the company for only three months of compensation.
The billionaire sent an email to employees saying that the new version of Twitter requires exceptional performance and that “to create an innovative Twitter 2.0 and succeed in an increasingly competitive world, we must be extremely tough. This will mean working long hours at high intensity. Only exceptional performance would be considered a passing note,” according to information published by the newspaper. The keeper🇧🇷
So, in a sent message, employees must click on the link that was included in the email if they want to be part of the new Twitter. The deadline for a response is Thursday 17:00.
Musk also wrote in an email to employees that “whatever decision you make, thank you for your efforts to make Twitter a success.” The billionaire’s ultimatum follows a social media mass layoff that occurred in November this year, when Musk fired 50% of his 7,500 employees shortly after he took over the company, and even members of Twitter’s moderation team.
