Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva landed this Friday at Figo Maduro airport in Lisbon around 10:40.
Lula da Silva has arrived on a five-day state visit and will be staying at a hotel in central Lisbon.
The President of Brazil has no agenda for this Friday, the official start of the visit is scheduled for Saturday, with a welcome ceremony with military honors in Lisbon’s Praça do Imperio, followed by another short ceremony at a monastery. laying a wreath at the grave of Luis de Camões.
