Two men and a woman were caught red-handed by the GNR this Friday afternoon looting an uninhabited house in the Lago parish of Amares. As found out morning Post along with a GNR source, the robbers, all with family connections, were accompanied by a child of about six years of age.
According to the same source, the alarm was raised by a popular neighbor in the residence, who, while walking by, noticed the car of robbers parked next to the house.
A GNR patrol from Amares was immediately called to the scene and intercepted the group inside the house. They still tried to flee the scene on foot, but were eventually detained by the military. They already had a car loaded with various materials, namely copper, and when they were approached, they were looking for other goods in the house.
