The draft law on the regulation of the activities of coaches was submitted for consideration to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, on April 27, the corresponding entry appeared in the electronic register of the parliament.
The bill was introduced by the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma from the Liberal Democratic Party Boris Chernyshov. Trainers will be required “draw up a program of educational activities, provide such a program to acquaint participants in educational activities, notify the executive authorities about this.”
The absence of specific requirements for the procedure for conducting the activities of trainers leads to the dissemination of false, dangerous and unreliable information that is potentially valid to harm the participant in such activities, says the explanatory note of the bill.
It is reported that the activity of the trainers leads to appeals of Russian citizens to the courts with demands for the return of funds for unused classes due to the actual inconsistency of the course with the declared content, as well as the revealed low quality of the services provided.
The author of the bill proposes to regulate the activities of trainers, medicine, psychology and occult sciences, the use of biologically active additives, risk games, financial services and financial activities, securities, financial assets digital, business activities.
