A criminal case was opened for the fact of injuring a 16-year-old teenager as a result of a fall from an elevator car in a house in the south-east of Moscow, Yulia Ivanova, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (GSU SK) of Russia for the capital, said on May 4.
A criminal case based on an offense under paragraph “b” of Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Provision of services that do not meet security requirements”), initiated the Lublin Interdistrict Investigative Department of the Investigative Department of the Southeast Administrative District of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow.
According to the investigation, on May 4, 2023, in one of the houses located on the street. Upper Fields in Moscow, there was a malfunction of the elevator and sudden braking. It is established that at the time of the incident in the elevator there was a 16-year-old teenager.
The young man was transferred to the capital hospital, where he receives medical attention. Nothing endangers the life and health of a minor.
