A 21-year-old young man was identified by the NDP in Pinhal Novu, municipality of Palmela, and then taken to the psychiatric office of the São Bernardo Hospital in Setúbal after having entered school without permission.
It was 9:20 am on Monday morning when the young man approached the José María dos Santos school in Pinhal Nova.
This was announced by an official source of GNR. cm that he delivered “a rambling speech and insisted on going to school”. Service officers tried to stop him, and since they could not, they called the GNR.
The patrol of the Pinkhal-Novo post, which reacted to the situation, found a 21-year-old guy already near the educational institution.
He was searched, he did not have a weapon. However, due to incoherent speech and the presence of mental problems, he was eventually taken to the Hospital de Setúbal, where he was examined by the local psychiatric service.
