Claudia Winkleman hosts a dastardly new game show where contestants must eliminate traitors from their midst in order to win up to £120,000.
BBC one show Traitors pit 22 strangers against each other in a castle in a psychological detective game.
Over the course of 12 episodes, the contestants must decide who the traitors are among them and drive them out before committing another “murder”.
At the same time, the entire group must complete a series of missions in the Scottish Highlands to raise the prize pool to £120,000.
Where was Traitors filmed?
22 members join Winkleman at Ardross Castle in Alness, north of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands.
Built in the 19th century in the style of the Scottish nobility, it has regular gardens and 100 acres of parkland on the banks of the River Alness.
Once the home of the 1st Duke of Sutherland, it was later sold to Sir Alexander Matheson who had the building remodeled to form the current castle.
Since 1983, it has been owned by the McTaggart family, who renovated and restored the castle and grounds, and rented them out for weddings and corporate events.

How did Claudia Winkleman find this place?
In a dramatic departure from her glamorous role on Dancing with the Stars, the presenter reveals a darker side to her character as the show’s host. Traitors.
But she said that filming on location was a pleasure and she “had never been more beautiful in her life than in the Scottish Highlands.”
“Sometimes it felt like we were in a painting, if that’s not too silly,” she added.
The Highland climate created some wardrobe issues during Tweed’s three-week shoot, but on the other hand, there were regular double rainbows.
She was so enamored that she told her kids via FaceTime how “magical” the Highlands were.
When does the Traitors start?
The first hour-long episode of the 12-episode reality show starts on Tuesday evenings at 9:30 pm on BBC One.
Subsequent episodes will air on Wednesday and Thursday nights this week and then continue next week.
