Euskaraz irakurri: Animazio-zinemak hitzordua du Deban, beste behin
For another year, and now seventeen, the public and the animation film industry have a date in Deba, this time between the 4th and 7th of September. Today they presented this year’s edition of the event, at the San Telmo museum in San Sebastian.
The organization highlights the international short film competition and feature films, both for children and adults. In addition, there will be a creative laboratory, concerts (Anari, Esanezin), shows and other activities.
This year, for the first time, the EITB gala will be held (Friday, 10:00 pm), in which the San Sebastian filmmaker Isabel Herguera will receive the EITB Saria award. Herguera’s feature film will also be screened at the gala. The Sultana’s Dream and his latest short film, The Illustrated Woman.
Ten short films will compete in the Official Section, and ten others will compete in the UPV New Directors section. The official jury will be composed of Isabel Herguera, Igor Prassel and Juan Pablo Zaramella.
