Kormoran Strike is back for another part of his adventures Strike: Restless Blood. In the series, a detective travels to Cornwall and helps investigate an unsolved missing person case.

What can we expect from Strike: Troubled Blood?
The synopsis reads: “Private detective Cormoran Strike is visiting family in Cornwall when a woman approaches him asking for help in finding her mother, Margot Bamborough, who went missing under mysterious circumstances in 1974.
“Strike has never dealt with a cold case, let alone in his 40s, but despite the meager chance of success, he is intrigued and takes this to add to the long list of cases he and his partner work on in the police force. . Robin Ellacott’s office is currently open. On the. And Robin herself is coping with a nasty divorce and unwanted male attention as she struggles with her feelings for Strike.
As Strike and Robin investigate Margot’s disappearance, they stumble upon a hell of a case involving a psychopathic serial killer and witnesses who can’t be trusted. They learn that even decades-old cases can be fatal.”
Where is the shooting?
This season is set in Cornwall and most of it was filmed on location. The film crew was spotted in St. Maus and the seaside town of Falmouth, and filming took place in March of this year. The book on which the series is based began with Strike having a drink at the local Victory Inn pub.
They also traveled outside the county and other filming locations including North Parade, the North Parade Hotel and Skegness Station in Lincolnshire. The crew was there in February.
