What Great British Baking Competition The holiday specials are back, with two nights of entertainment awaiting viewers.
Annually, Bake challenges celebrities and former bakers in one-off Christmas and New Year episodes.
Here’s everything you need to know about the two special offers.
Who’s on the Bake Off Christmas special?
Every year, celebrities test their culinary skills and head into the kitchen. Bake Tent. Actor Nathaniel Curtis won Big Christmas Cake in 2021.
Special Christmas offer from Bake would welcome black viper and team time tony robinson star, big breakfastGaby Roslin, TV presenter Terry Christian, BrooksideClaire Sweeney and radio star Migita Oliver.
You will, of course, be met at the tent by hosts Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas, and judged by Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood.
But this will be Lucas’ last foray into the world of baking, as he’s leaving soon.
He said: “I would like to say a big thank you to everyone from Love Productions and Channel 4 as well as Noelipops, Paul, Dame Prue, the crew and of course the amazing bakers for welcoming me to the tent. I wish whoever takes on the best and can’t wait to get ready for the next series without knowing who’s already won!”
Who’s on New Year’s Eve Bake Off?
In the New Year’s special, the former members return to the tent to try again. Last year, fan favorite Kim-Joy finally won the title of Best Baker.
This year’s cast will include Anthony Amurdu and Manon Lagreve, who both starred in Season 9 of 2018.
They will take on season 11 star Lottie Bedloe (2020) and 2021 finalist Chigs Parmar.
