Euskaraz irakurri: Malandain Ballet Biarritzek “Les saisons” lana taularatuko du Bilbon
The Malandain Ballet Biarritz company brings its show to Bilbao on Friday and Saturday, to the Arriaga theater The seasons (the seasons), premiered in Cannes in November 2023. It can be seen on the 19th, Friday, at 7:30 p.m. and on the 20th, Saturday, from 7:00 p.m.
Thierry Malandain has choreographed a ballet for 22 male and female dancers, and to do so he has fused two works: The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi and the almost unknown The Four Seasons of the Year, by his contemporary and compatriot Giovanni Antonio Guido.
According to Arriaga, “Malandain Ballet Biarritz is today made up of twenty-two male and female dancers with classical technical training and whose expression, through the choreographies of Thierry Malandain, is contemporary.”
Tickets are on sale for a price between 18 and 36 euros.
“Les saisons” will arrive in Pamplona, at the Baluarte, on March 8 and 9.
