As established by the Academy’s regulations, in the vote at the plenary session to be held in June in Vitoria-Gasteiz it will be known whether Casenave is appointed full academician or not.
Furthermore, at the Baiona meeting the Academy named 21 honorary members: Joxe Austin Arrieta (San Sebastián, 1949), Roman Berriozabal (Elorrio, 1957), Philippe Chareyre (Nimes, 1956), Jose Ramon Etxebarria (Gernika, 1948) , Natxo de Felipe (Bilbao, 1949), Joakin Gorrotxategi (Eibar, 1953), Juanito Gallastegi (Durango, 1933), Xabier Garagorri (Andoain, 1944), Libe Goñi (Oteiza, 1947), Bernardo Ibarra (Iurreta, 1952), Jose Karrera (Eibar, 1938), Mariasun Landa (Errenteria, 1949), Amaia Lasa (Getaria, 1948), Mikel Lasa (Donostia, 1938), Iñaki Martinez de Luna (Vitoria-Gasteiz, 1950), Jose Mari Espartza (Tafalla, 1951), Pello Mariñelarena (Etxarri Aranatz, 1956), Xabier Olarra (Tolosa, 1953), Mentxu Peña (Irun, 1953),
