The 29th (December 28 in Villava) and the 30th (July 24-27 in Lakuntza) will be the latest editions of the Hatortxu Rock festival, which was born to financially support and socialize the situation of Basque prisoners. “Once the end of the dispersion has been achieved, one of the main objectives of the festival, we want to put an end to it in the best possible way,” states the festival organization.
Thus, the 29th edition of Hatortxu Rock will be held on December 28, 2024, and will be the last in its classic winter format. The 30th and final edition will be held from July 24 to 27, 2025 in a four-day format reminiscent of the twentieth edition in 2017.
