The San Sebastian painter Juan Luis Goenaga died this Tuesday at the age of 74, as confirmed through his account on X by the popular leader and father-in-law of the artist, Borja Semper.
Juan Luis Goenaga, my father-in-law and friend, has passed away.
“The total artist, the last bohemian”, an honest and free man, as only true artists know how to be.
A part of our hearts is leaving us, but we are left with his work, his immense memory and his humanistic example.
