Euskaraz irakurri: Johnny Deppek bere bigarren film luzea aurkeztuko du Zinemaldian
The Official Section of the 72nd edition of the Zinemaldia de Donostia will include the participation, out of competition, of Modi – Three Days on the Wing of MadnessJohnny Depp’s second feature film as director.
The film tells a story of art, love and rejection, with frenetic events that take place over 72 intense hours in the streets and bars of Paris torn apart by the Great War.
Actor Riccardo Scamarcio plays the bohemian artist Amedeo Modigliani, an Italian painter and sculptor known for his portraits of elongated, nude faces. The cast also includes Stephen Graham, Al Pacino and Antonia Desplat, among others.
Depp made his debut behind the camera with The Brave (1997) and in 2021 he was honoured with the Donostia Award for his entire career in the capital of Guipuzcoa.
