Friday the 13th is not usually associated with a lot of positive things. – if you are not a big fan Jason Voorhees. However, on Friday, January 13, 2023, we boldly dared to host the first OutNow movie quiz, which, despite superstition, was a great success.
Nearly 100 moviegoers answered our questions at the Riffraff in Zurich, and at the end of the event attendees had one question, especially for us: “When is the next OutNow movie quiz?” Now we have an answer! IN Maundy Thursday, April 6, 2023 we are bringing the OutNow movie quiz to Basel, to be more precise, to the kult.kino studio in Basel. Many thanks to cult.kino for allowing us to hold the event at your home.
Based on the term “Pub Quiz”, which, as you know, is not about pubs, we deliberately named our event Film Quiz, because we want to glorify not just cinema, but above all cinema. And since that alone is only half the fun, we look forward to solving the puzzle with and against you. And yes, of course there is something to win. The main prize is a subscription to kult.kino. Like Zurich, Basel has intermediate rounds where you can win cool prizes for the correct answer. So it’s worth participating in one way or another.
