“I don’t know. I was unreasonable,” Rosa says.
“He was a man of his word and did what he said. Running away was useless. And I grabbed the gun. Luis lay on the bed with his back to us,” he adds.
The judge asks who “we” were.
Rosa says that it’s not “we” and that she was alone.
The judge insists on “we”, but in the end accepts the answer.
“There was blood. I was locked in the bathroom for a long time. I didn’t know what to do. I left the house with a gun. I didn’t know what to do,” Rosa says.
“Did you leave the house with a gun in your hand?” the judge asks. Rose says yes.
Judge: “What time was it?” Rosa says it was noon.
“And no one saw her?” the judge asks. Rose says no.

When asked about Antonio Joaquim, Rosa says: “I thought about telling him. But then I left the gun at António’s house.”
“Did you know that António works?” the judge asks. Rose says yes.

“First, I washed the gun with water. (…) Since I knew that he had registered the gun, he would have suspected it. If he had thrown it away, he would have known too. I used a serrated knife to cut the barrel. also went to his bathroom and applied hydrogen peroxide. I left it to dry and put it away,” he says.
Rosa says she went to buy bleach to clean her room. He says he had to hurry because his son was due to arrive.
“Then I took Louis to the garage. I wrapped him in sheets, tied him with a rope and dragged him, ”the woman admits.
He says that he had firewood in the garage and that he covered the body with firewood. In the bedroom, he laid his clothes on the bed. The mattress was stained with blood. Says he mopped the floor with bath towels.
The judge asks what she did with the towels, and Rosa says she threw them in the trash.
“I kept the envelopes in my desk drawer, in my jewelry box and in my CD box. I asked Tanya to get rid of the box of ammunition,” says Rosa Grilo.
“And Tanya Reis refused?” the judge asks. “Yes, I said no. And then I asked my father,” he says.
The judge asks if this happened when she was already under arrest, and Rosa Grilo answers in the affirmative.
“When I went to open the door to the joint venture, I had a box of cartridges in my coat pocket. Later I sat on the sofa in Renato’s room. [filho] and hid the ammunition in the sofa jamb. In the place where we lost control of the TV,” says Rosa.
