The Union of Judicial Employees (SFJ) this Wednesday reached an agreement with the Ministry of Justice on improved remuneration, such as an increase in the procedural penalty allowance.
A source in the press service of the ministry, headed by Rita Alarcao Judice, said that there is an agreement with the Union of Judicial Workers (SFJ), according to which the government is putting forward a proposal to increase the allowance for procedural restoration (collection of pending cases) by 10% of wages. paid over 11 months up to 13.5% of wages paid over 12 months starting 1 June.
Despite the agreement reached in this round of negotiations with the Minister of Justice, it has not yet been possible to obtain a reaction from SFJ President António Marsala, as he is still at the ministry premises to sign the document.
