CMTV’s “Duelo Final” program was the most watched of the day on Portuguese television, dropping SIC’s Primeiro Jornal to second place and Ricardo Araujo Pereira’s program to third.
The “Duelo Final” drew 900,800 spectators, Primeiro Jornal 736,500 spectators and Ricardo Araujo Pereira’s program a total of 775,000 spectators.
CMTV also had four programs before Jornal Nacional TVI and two programs with larger audiences than SIC Jornal da Noite.
CMTV regained the lead on Sunday, guaranteeing a result that outperforms all of its competitors combined. Its share reached 7.2% with 174,900 viewers on average every minute of the day. CNN is left with 2.5% and 59,400 viewers, while SIC Notícias has a 2.1% stake and 51,500 viewers.
CMTV airs on channel 8 on all cable platforms, but not yet on DTT.
