The police chief also said that attempts were being made to sort out what had happened. “This is an incredibly sad and disturbing incident for everyone involved and we are trying to gather more details about what happened,” Chief Police Superintendent John Massey said.
“We would like to make a direct appeal to the boy’s mother so that she can contact us – she may need medical attention or is in a vulnerable position,” he also said.
