An 11-year-old Norwegian boy died on Sunday evening after falling from the fifth floor into a hotel in Alicante, Spain.
According to countryfirst investigations suggest the child went up to the roof with a nine-year-old friend to exercise parkour🇧🇷 During one of the jumps, the skylight leading to the stairs of the hotel broke and fell from a height of 16 meters. before entering the establishment.
The accident happened at 3:00 pm this Sunday, when hotel manager l’Alfaz del Pi alerted emergency services. The medical team managed to stabilize the child, who was transferred to the Marina Baixa de la Vila Hoyosa Hospital in Alicante, Spain.
The severity of the injuries forced the boy to be transferred to the Dr. Balmis Hospital in the capital, Alicante, where he collapsed from his injuries and died at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
The judicial police launched an investigation in which everything points to the fact that there was negligence on the part of the minor and it turns out the possible responsibility of the hotel establishment in which the child was not accommodated.
