According to the Drug Enforcement Administration, fentanyl, a synthetic opioid, is 50 times more potent than heroin. Two milligrams of fentanyl can be fatal, depending on the person’s body size, tolerance, and past use.
Leandro, 19, was found dead on July 2 at his Manhattan home. The young man was an aspiring actor who landed roles in A Star Is Born and Cabaret Maxim in 2018, and The Collection in 2005.
