A large-scale air strike in Lviv and Volhynia on Tuesday left at least three people dead and dozens injured, Reuters reported.
Several people were hospitalized in Lutsk after the shelling of the enterprise, Governor of the Volyn region Yuriy Pogulyaiko said on Telegram.
There are no reports of casualties as a result of the Russian air strike on Lviv, but more than 100 residential buildings were damaged, 500 windows were broken, and a playground was destroyed.
“Many rockets were shot down, but there were also shelling in Lviv,” Mayor Andriy Sadovyy said on Telegram, adding that an order had been given to evacuate at least one burning residential building.
The Ukrainian Air Force said its forces destroyed 16 of at least 28 air- and sea-launched missiles fired by Russia. It did not immediately become clear how many missiles were fired at Lvov and Volyn.
