The Food and Economic Security Authority (ASAE) has ordered the closure of ten local accommodation facilities due to lack of safety and hygiene requirements.
The order follows a surveillance operation carried out across the country in recent weeks, the agency said in a statement.
The campaign, during which 215 economic operators were tested, was aimed at local accommodation located in the historical districts of large cities.
The ASAE also filed 34 misdemeanor cases, among which the statement highlights: “failure to comply with security requirements applicable to the type of establishment, failure to comply with mandatory insurance requirements, violation of identification and publicity rules.” establishments, non-compliance with general requirements and the supply, availability, publicity and mediation of unregistered Los Angeles establishments or with outdated registrations.
