This Friday, Belarus accused a military helicopter from Poland, a NATO member country, of violating its air border at a very low altitude, saying it was an unacceptable action.
“The Polish military helicopter Mi-24 crossed the border this afternoon and then returned. The Polish side has been informed about this incident,” the Belarusian border guard said on the Telegram social network.
“Belarusian diplomats have already drawn the attention of the Polish side to the inadmissibility of this violation and asked Warsaw to take measures to avoid such incidents in the future,” the Belarusian Foreign Ministry said, adding that the country had already been summoned for an audition.
