Three children aged eight, ten and eleven died in the same fall into the lake. Two children were playing on the icy surface of a lake in Solihull when the ice broke, leaving one of the children with a stuck leg, according to witnesses. The remaining minors tried to help him, and just at that moment, the rest of the ice collapsed, dragging the children to the bottom of the lake.
