The fire that destroyed a house in Seis, in the municipality of Ourén, on Tuesday morning, uncovered a cannabis greenhouse.
When firefighters put out the flames, they discovered a greenhouse that was supposed to contain more than a hundred potted plants. Most of the factories were destroyed by fire, but some were restored and handed over to the GNR.
The fire may have started due to a short circuit due to an existing electrical overload in the area where the furnace was operating.
The PPP is now investigating the cause of the fire that completely destroyed the house.
In parallel, GNR will analyze the plants to confirm that they are cannabis and to find out who is the author and owner of the plantation.
