The Judicial Police (PJ) of Aveiro arrested a young man suspected of attacking his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend and publishing intimate photographs of her on the Internet, the criminal police service said on Monday.
In a statement, the SP clarified that the 17-year-old suspect was arrested in accordance with a warrant issued by the prosecutor’s office to the Department of Investigation and Criminal Affairs of Aveiro, as part of an investigation into crimes related to pornography of minors. and domestic violence.
According to investigators, the alleged criminal acts occurred within the context of a dating relationship that recently included “frequent physical attacks” that led to a breakup that was never accepted by the suspect, and the subsequent creation of social media profiles containing intimate photographs of the victim.
The detainee, a student, was present at the first judicial interrogation; coercive measures were applied to him by prohibiting contact with the victim and approaching his place of residence, periodic examinations and medical observation.
