According to a report, a couple has filed a lawsuit against a doctor who shared photos and videos of the autopsy of a baby who was beheaded during childbirth in Georgia, United States of America. Daily mail.
This is pathologist Jackson Gates. This is the second doctor the couple has taken to court after incidents during the birth of 20-year-old Jessica Ross on July 9. The first target was the obstetrician Tracy St. Julianof Southern Regional Medical Center, accused of beheading her baby Isaiah for failing to follow emergency protocols when his shoulders got stuck in his mother’s vagina.
Father Treveon Isaiah Taylor, 20, watched it all. The doctor insisted on the same procedure for hours until she decided on a caesarean section. The baby didn’t survive.
The second lawsuit, filed against pathologist Jackson Gates, says the doctor charged more than €2,300 for Isaiah’s autopsy. He also accuses him of posting videos and photographs of the autopsy on the social network Instagram, where he is followed by 11,000 users.
The couple sent a letter to Jackson Gates asking him to remove the above content. It is unknown whether the doctor did this. It is only known that his account on the social network Instagram is now private.
