“He was instrumental in the discovery and capture, as were several other K-9s that were here,” Robert Clark, supervising deputy U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, told the station.
“All of these K-9 resources were used by various tactical teams in the area, and they were incredible resources,” he added.
