This Monday, European Union (EU) foreign ministers will take part for the first time in a surprise summit in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.
The information was provided by EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell on the X website (formerly Twitter).
“We are holding a historic meeting of EU foreign ministers here in Ukraine, a candidate and future EU member country. We are here to express our solidarity and support for the Ukrainian people,” he wrote.
