After a traffic accident – a head-on collision between a car and a truck, which occurred on April 7 of the same year on National Estrada Street (EN) 378, between Fogueteiro and Sesimbra, in the district of Setúbal – a young woman, Andrea Rocha, who was 23 at the time years, suffered serious injuries that left her disabled for the rest of her life, leaving her completely dependent on the help of others.
The authors of the claim for compensation against the German brand, Andrea Rocha and her mother Eduarda Farias, claim that the car’s airbag system did not work properly.
