The Disciplinary Council punished FC Porto with a suspension at the Dragao Stadium and a fine of 8,670 euros following the events that occurred during the visit to Moreirense in the 1st round of the Betclic League.
Some of the penalties resulting from disciplinary proceedings No. relate to security issues. For this reason, the “dragons” face one ban on playing at a sports facility and a fine of 5,610 euros.
In addition, the dragons were also punished under Article 182, No. 2, which deals with “Serious attacks on spectators and other participants”, for violating Article 35 of the Disciplinary Regulations and Articles 4.º and 10º of the Prevention of Violence Regulations.
It should be noted that in that match, two Porto fans were arrested after a firecracker exploded and injured two children, one of whom required hospitalization.
