Trindade metro station in Porto was evacuated after a false bomb threat. Emergency responders, including an explosive disposal team, were called to the scene.
The alarm was raised at 3.15pm this Friday following a threatening call. The circulation was interrupted.
Some metro cars heading to Trindade station had to be suspended, and passengers were forced to abort their you-know-what journey. CM.
The passenger felt unwell and had to be helped.
Despite the police apparatus, dozens of people remained outside the security perimeter drawn up by the authorities. On social media site X/Twitter, people at the scene reported the “chaos” they experienced. “I hope this is a lie,” one commented.
