The statement was made by the lawmaker in remarks to reporters at the Assembly of the Republic, during a break in budget discussions and just hours before a vote on the proposal as a whole, which will take place at the end of the afternoon.
“Voting against would be the simplest vote, so we will not vote against and will abstain altogether,” the deputy said.
PAN again abstained, but Ines de Souza Real warned that the vote was “solely and exclusively for this stage” and “everything is open” for a final global vote.
The PAN spokeswoman listed several proposals she would like to see approved in this specialty, including a reduction in VAT on pet food, a “bigger and more ambitious update to IRS levels,” and an extension of the public transport pass for all young people. persons under 25 years of age or suspension of the possibility of confiscation of the first family home.
On Tuesday, parliament is discussing the draft state budget for next year for the second day in a row. Voting is carried out, the approval of which is guaranteed by the votes of the absolute majority of the PS.
